Scope of this page
The message you send
The contact form asks for a name, an email address, and a message. It goes to one inbox that only I read. It is not stored anywhere else and I do not use an answering service.
Clinical notes
Notes taken during our work are separate from anything on this website. They are kept securely, for the period my professional obligations require, and are not shared without your written consent except where the law requires it. Say here what that period is and where the notes are held.
Confidentiality and its limits
What you say in a session is confidential. The exceptions are narrow and I will go through them with you at the first appointment rather than leaving you to find them on a web page.
Cookies and measurement
No cookies are set here and nothing tracks you between sessions. Adding online booking or video would change that.
What you can ask for
Write to the address on the contact page. You are entitled to know what is held, to have a copy, and to have errors corrected.
