Appointments
Sessions are fifty minutes and run at the same time each week wherever possible. The first appointment is an assessment; neither of us is committed to going further after it.
Cancellation
Give more than forty-eight hours’ notice and there is nothing to pay. Less than that and the session is charged, because the hour cannot be given to anyone else at short notice.
Holidays are arranged in advance on both sides.
Fees
The fee is on the home page and is reviewed once a year with at least a month’s notice. Payment is due on the day of the session.
Ending
You can stop at any point and you do not have to explain why. I will suggest we use a final session to finish properly, but that is a suggestion, not a condition.
Contact between sessions
I read email during working hours only. It is not a crisis service and this is set out on the contact page.
Complaints
If something about the work is not right, tell me first. If that does not resolve it, the body I am registered with has a complaints procedure and I will give you the details.
